Filter elements and rescreening

Correct rescreening with the right mesh, are essential to the operation of the filter. If the mesh is not mounted correct, or with a to low tension, it will eventually bend and break during discharge of the filter cake. This will then cause the filter aid and the unfiltered product to flow through the damaged areas. At NS Filtration we use some of the best meshes on the market, with pore size of your choice, and with many years of experience the rescreening is done to perfection – every time.
Damaged or deformed elements are often caused by overfilling or insufficient cleaning, both are problems we can help remedy. If the damage has occurred, and you filter elements are damaged or deformed, we can either supply complete new elements, or try straightening out your existing elements.
